Jakarta Governor Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo has greeted the Merriest Christmas for Christians in Cathedral Church and Protestant Church Paulus, Central Jakarta.

Coming with entourage, including Jakarta Archbishop Ignatius Suharyo, Metro Chief of Police, Inspector General Putu Eko Bayu Seno and Military District Commander Major General Hudawi Lubis, Jokowi received major appreciation in the Cathedral. People and press were in line to document the event.

Jokowi later continued the tour Protestant Church Paulus, one of the oldest churches in Indonesia. Despite a little less appreciation, Jokowi delivered his Christmas greeting to Christians celebrating the eve of the big day.
